OUR CUSTOMIZED PROCESS

Working with MAXLOR Custom Homes and Renovations is an exceptional experience. This trustworthy, knowledgable and dynamic husband and wife team have developed a successful process for completing projects on time and on budget. The process follows 5 easy steps and allows the homeowner to stay up-to-date by communicating in real time with the MAXLOR team throughout the project.

CUSTOMIZED PROCESS IN 5 STEPS

STEP 1

At the initial consultation, options are presented based on needs, budget and deadlines. The MAXLOR team will meet with the client at their home to assess the space and discuss the project requirements. Budgets and quotes will also be discussed at this stage

STEP 2

A second consultation is booked to review the upcoming renovation details and discuss any changes to the budget or timelines. Budgets and deadlines are taken very seriously and the entire MAXLOR team will work diligently to ensure both are met.

STEP 3

At the final consultation, details are finalized and the signing of the contracts are complete. MAXLOR will source all of the work any necessary permits and/ or architectural drawings required. The MAXLOR team will always respect the non-negotiable items for the client ensuring the end result reflects the consultation agreement.

STEP 4

The project will begin on the scheduled date. The MAXLOR team will be in contact with the client through the entire remodel and will keep the client up-to-date on the progress from day one through to completion.

STEP 5

Final details are put in place and the homeowner is free to enjoy their new custom space!
